How Nymiva works
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Nymiva season
The AI you already use can read your plan, your training and your Focus Lab, and propose changes you approve in Nymiva. Set it up in a minute, no code needed.
What your race will actually demand of you
Upload a course file and read the day before you train for it. Gradient, wind, heat, climb lengths and fueling windows, scored as demands you can train against.
Find the ability that is limiting your race
Your training history is the supply, your event is the demand. The Focus Lab scores one against the other and names the gap worth closing first.
A season planned backwards from race day
Foundation and Event shaping are budgets, not zone caps. See how a whole season is laid out backwards from the event, and what each block is actually for.
From a season plan to this week to today
How a block objective becomes a week, a week becomes a session, and a missed session becomes a plan that adapts without quietly stacking the work you skipped.
Measuring whether the training actually worked
Load is not adaptation and completion is not success. Power and pace curves, efficiency, decoupling and durability, all measured from your own efforts.
Workouts with a purpose, a dose and a stop rule
Every structure states the adaptation it targets, the dose range it is approved for and how you will know it worked. No interval invented on the spot.
A coach that has read every session you have logged
Ask anything, any time, of a coach that already holds your thresholds, your gaps and your whole season, and brings the endurance literature to your numbers.
Guided plans
Guided run plans, from a flat 10k to an ultra
Age-graded pace ladders, downhill and eccentric durability, and the fatigue resistance the back half of a race asks for. How a guided run plan is built.
Guided bike plans for road, gravel and climbs
Your power curve, your thresholds and the climb lengths on your actual course decide the work. How a guided cycling plan is built around the race you entered.
Guided swim plans, where technique gates fitness
Swimming is the sport where a threshold number can mis-rank your limiter. How guided swim plans treat technique as a first-class constraint, not a footnote.
Guided triathlon plans built as one season
Swim, bike and run planned together rather than as three plans stapled at the edges. Shared aerobic work is reused, sport-specific work is protected.
Guided duathlon plans, and the second run
Run, bike, run, with the run off the bike treated as its own demand. How multi-leg events are modelled leg by leg so the second run is trained, not hoped for.
Build the season yourself, guardrails included
Guided plans are a starting point, not a cage. Move blocks, change the focus, edit a week or write a session, and keep the checks that stop a plan hurting you.
Reading your data
How to read your season blocks
What Prep, Foundation, Event shaping and Peak each mean on your own season graph, why the bars rise and fall, and what a recovery week is protecting.
How to read your performance charts
Fitness, fatigue and form, mean-maximal curves, decoupling and durability. What each chart can tell you, and the question each one cannot answer.
